Forensic analysis of her decomposed body, call records, and digital inactivity confirmed she likely died on 7 October 2024, approximately eight to ten months prior to discovery. Her family refused to claim her body, leading the Sindh culture department to arrange her funeral, and she was buried on 11 July 2025 at the Q Block graveyard in Model Town, Lahore.
