Latest News about Lee Kang-in
Atlético Madrid officially signed Lee Kang-in from Paris Saint-Germain, with the LaLiga club confirming a contract through June 30, 2031. The reported transfer fee was in the range of 35 to 40 million euros, and PSG made a profit on the sale after his three years in Paris. The move came after he had fallen behind in the PSG rotation and had featured in all three of South Korea's group-stage games at the 2026 World Cup.
Lee Kang-in became the second South Korean to win the UEFA Champions League after Paris Saint-Germain claimed their first European title with a 5-0 victory over Inter Milan in the final at Allianz Arena in Munich. The match took place on May 31, 2025, and Lee received a Champions League winner's medal as part of the squad.
