Latest News about Khadija Shaw
Khadija Shaw scored on her 100th Women's Super League appearance as Manchester City drew 2-2 with Manchester United in the Manchester derby. Her goal put City ahead in the 66th minute, but United equalised late. She is also among the nominees for the 2026 Women's Ballon d'Or.
Shaw was named the 2025/26 PFA Women's Players' Player of the Year, her second time winning the award after 2023/24. The honour recognised a season in which she scored 21 WSL goals, claimed a record third consecutive Golden Boot and helped City win the league and FA Cup.
Shaw signed a four-year contract extension keeping her at Manchester City until 2030, announced on stage at the club's after-party event. The deal came amid reported interest from Chelsea and extends her time at the club to nine seasons.
