1. Moïse Kouamé was born and grew up in Sarcelles, France, a suburb of Paris.
2. Kouamé is of Ivorian descent through his father and Cameroonian descent through his mother.
3. His elder brother, Michaël, also played college tennis.
4. At the age of 5, Kouamé started taking tennis lessons and joined a tennis academy at Poitiers.
5. Later, at the age of 13, he moved to Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium.
6. He joined the Justine Henin Academy in Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve.
7. He also trained at the Mouratoglou Tennis Academy in Biot and the Tennis Club du Perreux in Le Perreux-sur-Marne.
8. In an interview, he revealed a desire to become an F1 driver alongside his tennis career.
