T. T. V. Dhinakaran is an Indian politician from Tamil Nadu and the nephew of V. K. Sasikala, former General Secretary of AIADMK.
He belongs to the Thevar community, a dominant OBC community in southern Tamil Nadu districts.
He is the founding General Secretary of Amma Makkal Munnetra Kazagam (AMMK), a political party he launched after his expulsion from AIADMK.

From 1999 to 2004, served as Member of Lok Sabha representing Periyakulam constituency. From 2004 to 2010, served as Member of Rajya Sabha representing Tamil Nadu. In August 2017, expelled from AIADMK. On 15 March 2018, launched Amma Makkal Munnetra Kazagam (AMMK) party. On 19 April 2019, elected as General Secretary of AMMK. From 2017 to 2021, served as member of 15th Tamil Nadu Assembly from Dr. Radhakrishnan Nagar constituency.
