| 1. Richa was born in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, into a middle-class family. |
| 2. Her family relocated to Uttar Pradesh shortly after her birth and settled in a small Primary Health Centre (P.H.C.) in Mundha Pande. |

| 4. At the age of 6, Richa's family moved to Jhansi due to her father's job transfer. |
| 5. She excelled in arts and actively engaged in co-curricular activities during her school years. |
| 6. After completing her Masters Diploma, Richa shifted to Delhi and began working at SPIC MACAY. |
| 7. In 1996, she commenced her career as a freelance anchor on DD-National, hosting the program "Ankur." |
| 8. After marriage in 1997, she moved to Ajmer and worked as a trainee journalist with Dainik Navjyoti. |
| 9. She has served as an expert advisor on Kaun Banega Crorepati since 2011. |
| 10. She founded Jamghat – Chat For Change and Jamghat Pathshala to support underprivileged children and inspire youth. |
| 11. She is the producer and anchor of the YouTube podcast Zindagi With Richa. |
| 12. Since 2014, she has been an RJ on 92.7 BIG FM, presenting shows like Dilli Meri Jaan and Big Heroes. |
| 13. She is the Editor in Chief of School LIVE magazine. |
| 14. She started an NGO called Meri Laadli to empower young girls through education and skill development. |
| 15. She hosted the show Betiyan on India News, interviewing women achievers. |
| 16. She has been on the jury of the Global Teacher Prize. |
