Latest News about Daniel Peretz
Daniel Peretz completed a permanent move from Bayern Munich to Southampton on a four-year contract. He had spent the second half of the season at Southampton on loan, where he became a regular starter and helped the club in its Championship campaign.
Daniel Peretz’s loan spell at Hamburger SV was terminated early by mutual agreement between Hamburger SV and FC Bayern Munich, allowing him to leave the club before the end of the 2025/26 season. The move followed a period of limited playing time and a training strike initiated by Peretz in an attempt to force a transfer away from Hamburg.
Daniel Peretz joined Southampton FC on a six-month loan from Bayern Munich for the remainder of the 2025/26 season, with reports indicating that the deal includes an option-to-buy clause for the summer. The transfer marked a fresh start for Peretz after a frustrating loan at Hamburger SV and added another German-based signing to Southampton’s squad as they competed in the English Championship.
