Famous forAttempting the assassination of district magistrate Douglas Kingsford by throwing bombs at his carriage in Muzaffarpur in 1908, alongside revolutionary Khudiram Bose. Though Kingsford was not in the carriage, two British women were killed in the attack.

Career

ActivitiesAssociated with the Jugantar group of revolutionaries in the Indian independence struggle.
