Tamim Iqbal is a left-handed opening batsman and former captain of the Bangladesh national cricket team. He made his ODI debut in 2007 and played his first Test match in 2008. He is the highest run-scorer for Bangladesh in international cricket across all formats with over 15,000 runs.
