- Since 30 January 2020, he has served as Joint Secretary in the Department of Food and Public Distribution, Government of India, holding dual responsibilities as Joint Secretary (Policy & FCI) overseeing FCI operations including procurement and storage, and Joint Secretary (Sugar) managing sugar sector policies and ethanol production initiatives.
- He previously served as Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Chhattisgarh, and Secretary for Commerce & Industry, PWD, Mining, Aviation, and Rail Projects in the Chhattisgarh Government, as well as Managing Director of Chhattisgarh Power Distribution Company.
