Sivasakthi's interest in football began in 7th grade when he was selected for trials in his hometown.
He was inspired to join the Noble Football Academy after his brother was selected, initially wanting to stay with him at the academy.
In his youth career, he became the top scorer in the Elite League with 22 goals during the 2018-19 season.
For Bengaluru FC’s B team, Sivasakthi scored 15 goals in the 2020-21 Bangalore Super Division league, including two hat-tricks.
He made his senior debut for Bengaluru FC on 21 August 2021 and scored his first goal just three days later against Maziya S&RC.
His breakthrough came during the 2022 Durand Cup, where he was instrumental in leading the team to victory as the top scorer.
