Overview	S. N. Subrahmanyan joined Larsen & Toubro in 1984 as a Project Planning Engineer and rose through the ranks to become Chairman and Managing Director. He took charge as Chairman and Managing Director on 1 October 2023. Under his leadership, L&T has been transformed into a tech-driven engineering solutions and services powerhouse, with significant involvement in infrastructure projects including the Statue of Unity, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and New Delhi airports, ITER Cryostat, Dual Feed Crackers, Offshore Platforms, K9 Vajra, Atal Setu, Ayodhya Ram Mandir, and the Bullet Train project.
