Prathamesh Jawkar, an Indian archer, has competed in numerous international tournaments for India and represented Maharashtra in national archery championships.
He started practicing archery at the age of twelve and excelled in the sport over time.
In 2019, he secured the sixth position in the 3rd ISSF International Solidarity Archery Championships in Bangladesh.
In 2022, he achieved the fourth position in the Phuket 2022 Asia Cup leg 1 in Thailand.
In 2023, he attained the seventh position in the Antalya 2023 Hyundai Archery World Cup Stage 1 in Turkey.
During the Shanghai 2023 Hyundai Archery World Cup Stage 2, he became the World Champion by defeating Mike Schloesser from the Netherlands with a score of 149-148.
