| Parvatibai was the second wife of Sadashivrao Bhau, a prominent military commander of the Maratha Empire. She married him after the death of his first wife, Umabai, and became a trusted confidante of Shahuji. She was present during the Third Battle of Panipat on 14 January 1761 and was successfully evacuated from the battlefield by loyal soldiers of her husband. |
