Career

Started career as a primary school teacher in a village near Talgajarda.
Began reciting Ram Katha at age 12, with first recital to herdsmen at a mud platform site now commemorated as Ram Vaadi temple.
Delivered first formal 9-day Ram Katha in 1960.
Has conducted Ram Kathas worldwide including in India, United States, United Kingdom, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, on a cruise ship in the Mediterranean Sea, on an airplane, in Vatican City, and in the foothills of Mount Kailash in Tibet/China.
Taught in the J. Parekh High School in Mahuva (Bhavnagar state, Gujarat) for more than ten years.
Has conducted over 800 Ram Kathas worldwide including in India, United States, United Kingdom, South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, on a cruise ship in the Mediterranean Sea, on an airplane, in Vatican City, and in the foothills of Mount Kailash in Tibet/China.
