1. Jeffrey made his first international appearance for the SLCB President’s XI against Pakistan in June 2015.
2. He became the 168th player to represent Sri Lanka in ODIs, where he had a debut match that resulted in conceding 34 runs in 2 overs and scoring 7 runs not out.
3. His inaugural ODI wicket was against Tom Latham from New Zealand during the third ODI match at Saxton Oval.
4. In January 2016, he achieved his first T20I wicket by dismissing New Zealand's Corey Anderson.
5. Jeffrey was included in the squad for the 2016 ICC World Twenty20 as a replacement for the injured Lasith Malinga.
6. He was signed by the Colombo Kings for the inaugural edition of the Lanka Premier League in October 2020.
7. In March 2021, he contributed to Sinhalese Sports Club's victory in the 2020–21 SLC Twenty20 Tournament.
