Debut	In 2010, at the Asian Games in Guangzhou, China.

Achievements/Records	On 7 April 2014, she became the first Indian Pistol Shooter to be ranked World No.1. In the 2013 ISS World Cup, she won a Gold medal. On 24 October 2017, Heena Sidhu and Jitu Rai won the 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team event gold at the Dr. Karni Singh Shooting Range. On 10 April 2017, she won a gold medal in the women's 25m pistol event and broke the Commonwealth Games record of 38 points. Won a Bronze medal at the 2018 Asian Games in Women's 10 metre air pistol. In the 2013 ISSF World Cup Finals, she won a Gold medal in the 10m air pistol event. Competed for India at the 2012 London Olympics, placing 12th in the 10m air pistol event. Competed for India at the 2016 Rio Olympics, placing 14th in 10m air pistol and 20th in 25m pistol events. Won two gold medals and two silver medals at the Commonwealth Games. In the 2013 ISSF World Cup, she won a Gold medal. Finals World record holder in 10 metre air pistol event with a final score of 203.8.
