Dr Shaheen Shahid, a 46-year-old doctor from Lucknow based in Faridabad, was arrested by Jammu and Kashmir Police in coordination with central agencies for her alleged links to a Jaish-e-Mohammed terror module. She is accused of leading the group's women's wing Jamaat-ul-Mominat in India and communicating with Pakistan-based handlers via social media to recruit supporters. Her brother Dr Parvez Ansari was also arrested by UP ATS during raids at his Lucknow residence.
