Karp said enterprise customers are unhappy with frontier AI labs and argued that many of those companies care more about token pricing than customer needs. He tied his comments to Palantir’s positioning in enterprise AI and its push for products that better fit business and government users.

During Palantir’s earnings call, Karp criticized Canada and much of Europe for lagging in artificial intelligence adoption. He framed the global economy as a divide between AI “haves” and “have-nots,” linking the comments to Palantir’s strong performance and broader geopolitical concerns about AI competitiveness.
