Vijayalakshmi Darshan

Kannada actor Dhanveer lodged a complaint against Vijayalakshmi Darshan, and his father also filed a complaint against her, at police stations in Bengaluru. The dispute is linked to the ongoing legal situation surrounding Darshan's release and reported friction between the two actors' circles.

Darshan opposed the release of the film BOSS, arguing that it could prejudice a fair trial in the Renukaswamy murder case. In the same period, the Karnataka High Court denied bail to four people accused of posting obscene content targeting Vijayalakshmi Darshan, and remarked on the need for social media platforms to regulate intimidating posts.
