French-Moroccan actress Nadia Farès died on 17 April 2026 at the age of 57 after being found unconscious in a swimming pool at the Blanche sports club in Paris's 9th arrondissement on 11 April. She was placed in a medically-induced coma at Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital but later suffered cardiac arrest and passed away. Her daughters, Cylia and Shana Chasman, confirmed her death in a statement to Agence France-Presse.
