Argentine attacking midfielder born in Resistencia, Chaco Province. Echeverri began his football career with Deportivo Luján before joining River Plate's youth academy at age 10. He gained international attention at age 11 after scoring 9 goals in 6 games at the Venice Champions Trophy, including 4 against Juventus. He made his River Plate first-team debut in June 2023 at age 17 under manager Martín Demichelis. In January 2024, he signed with Manchester City on a four-and-a-half-year contract, remaining on loan at River Plate until January 2025. He joined Manchester City's squad in February 2025 and was subsequently loaned to Bayer Leverkusen for the 2025–2026 season.
