Gunalan Kamalini made her Women's T20I debut for India against Sri Lanka in December 2025, becoming the 90th woman to represent India in T20 Internationals. She received her maiden India cap from captain Harmanpreet Kaur during the fifth and final T20I match at the Greenfield International Stadium.
