| Debut | Shashi made her debut as a producer in the film Upkar released in 1967. Over the years, she produced several notable films including Shor (1972), Roti Kapada Aur Makaan (1974), Kranti (1981), Kalyug Aur Ramayan (1987), and Jai Hind (1999). In addition to her producing roles, she also worked as an associate producer and contributed to the film industry by writing the story for Purab Aur Pachhim in 1970. In 1999, she showcased her talent in costume design for the film Jai Hind. |
