| Sreemukhi is an Indian film actress and television anchor best known for her work in Telugu cinema. She began her career as a television host for the talent show Adhurs on ETV Telugu in 2012 before transitioning to acting. She made her film debut with a supporting role in the Telugu film Julayi (2012) and her lead debut in Prema Ishq Kaadhal (2013), directed by Trivikram Srinivas.
