Silambarasan publicly launched the first-look poster of Santhanam's upcoming Tamil film Athisaya Piravi and wished the actor-comedian and the team well. The post was shared on his social media accounts and drew attention from fans of both stars.
Silambarasan shared a social media update on the long night-shoot schedule of Arasan, the Vetrimaaran-directed film. He said the team had been filming at night for more than two months, which suggests a large part of the story takes place after dark.
Silambarasan's next project with director Ashwath Marimuthu, tentatively titled STR51, was reported with filming expected to begin in May 2026. The official title has not been announced, and the film is reportedly aiming for a 2027 release with Santhanam in a major role.
