Latest News about Sameera Reddy
Sameera Reddy wrote a social media post reflecting on her body positivity journey, contrasting her insecurity about her body in 2009 with her confidence today. She said her motivation to stay fit now comes from within rather than from others' approval. The post followed an earlier September message encouraging people to embrace their bodies regardless of how others describe them.
Sameera Reddy announced a return to the big screen after a long break from films, with the Hindi film Aakhri Sawal, which stars Sanjay Dutt in a key role. She said she is now more selective and is looking for meaningful roles that allow her to show her acting range.

In the post, she discussed her starting weight and workout plans, which drew wide attention because of her candid approach to body image and fitness.
Sameera Reddy launched The Good Bug’s Advanced Metabolic System at Startup Mahakumbh 2025, expanding her wellness advocacy into a business-backed health initiative. The launch was covered as part of her continuing focus on gut health, body positivity, and holistic wellness.
