Manika began playing Table Tennis at the age of 5.
She received initial training from her siblings.
Later, Manika trained under 'Sandeep Gupta' at 'Hans Raj Model School' in New Delhi.
Her father, despite his mental health struggles, supports her passion for Table Tennis.
At 8, she clinched her first Under-8 state-level tournament victory.
In 2008, at just 13, Manika represented 'India' for the first time.
At 16, she secured a scholarship for training in Sweden.
Manika left college during her first year to focus on Table Tennis.
By 2017, she had represented 'India' multiple times in various competitions.
Despite modeling offers during her teens, she chose Table Tennis as her career.
