The Telangana High Court quashed a criminal case registered against Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka and Irrigation Minister N Uttam Kumar Reddy in 2021. Justice K Lakshman ruled that there was no evidence to show the petitioners made provocative statements and that continuing the criminal case was unwarranted.
