Kulbhushan Kharbanda is an Indian actor who works in Hindi and Punjabi films.
He is best known for playing the antagonist Shakaal in Shaan (1980).
He began with the Delhi-based theatre group Borkh in 1974.
He is a veteran of the Hindi film industry and has appeared in parallel cinema and mainstream Bollywood.
He was a dubbing artist in the movie Gehrayee.
